Grant permission to administrators

For maintenance and management of the AppsForDynamics365 integration a number of users must be selected as administrators. These administrators will be the ones create additional users in the future, should such a thing become relevant.

It can be done immediately through the link displayed in the wizard, or can otherwise be controlled in the permission settings.

Following this you can proceed to set up user logins.
