Outlook Add-in
To make it easy to handle invoices received by email as a PDF, Invoice Workflow includes an add-in to Microsoft Outlook (Windows client)
Using the add-in you can upload the PDF directly to Invoice Workflow and optionally move it to an archive folder within Outlook. You can even choose to have a category added to the email after upload is completed.
If you are part of an AP team using a shared mailbox to receive invoices, using mail movement and categorization makes it very easy to know what invoices are already handles by your team member.
