Credit Card transactions

Credit card transactions are a popular way to pay for a number of things, and this also extends to paying on behalf of your company. Travel and Expense management makes it trivial to report these, especially if you have set up Credit Card Agreements, as you will be able to automatically match with fitting expense reports.

You can open a credit card transaction from your dashboard, fill in the details and then send it as an expense. If you have already created an expense for the credit card transaction, you can merge it with the credit card transaction.

  1. Open the expense. The Credit Card transactions that match the Currency, Amount and Date of the expense will be highlighted and shown to the right of the Credit Card transaction.
  2. Drag and drop a Credit Card transaction into the details window of the expense.
    • Any differences in Date, Currency, Amount and Country will be replaced with the data from the Credit Card transaction.
  3. Save or send the merged expense.

A Credit Card transaction merged with an Expense will be displayed as an expense item in the list with a an icon indicating the merger.
